Developmental Educators support in the development and implementation of
strategies and plans to achieve goals and live a meaningful life. DE's work
collaboratively with the individual's support team to conduct assessments, make recommendations, create effective Positive Behaviour Support Plans, and implement Skill Development plans.
Our DE's at The Lotus Project — Tori and Jaclyn — are passionate about a person-centred approach, supporting not only the individual, but the whole family. Our DE's work hands on, to discover each individual's interests, passions and communication skills, to further develop skills and reach goals.
Our Developmental Educators are located at our head office, located in Athol Park.
